Můžete vědět, zda je kamarád online a označil vás trvale offline (Stealth Settings) pouze v případě, že se chlap přihlásil na yahoo v režimu Dostupné a NE pokud se podepsal jako Neviditelný…

Navštivte některý z následujících odkazů nahrazujících [uživatelské jméno] s požadovaným yahoo ID…

  Zobrazí se vám jako žlutý smajlík, pokud je osoba online, a šedá, pokud je tato osoba offline nebo neviditelná.

  To se zobrazí jako tlačítko s „Nyní online“ nebo „Není online"
• http://mail.opi.yahoo.com/online?u=[uživatelské jméno]&m=g&t=2
  Zobrazí se obrázek (125×25) s „Jsem online pošlete mi zprávu“ nebo „Not Online right now"

  This shows a text with “[username] is ONLINE nebo NOT ONLINE"

  This shows “00” if person is offline and “01” if his status is online.

All the above links can be used as an Online Status generator and also you can write up a small code to know if a particular guy is hiding from you .
Sometimes this method may return wrong results (if there is some problem in yahoo server) and if someone appears online to you but is offline as per this method then know that the guy has signed in as invisible and is appearing as online to you only.

This method does not to work if user is using YM 8.0.0.508 or +.

Stealth Settings (Yahoo Messenger)

Stealth settings provide you more control over your time, by allowing you to choose the people who see you as online and offline.

If you are IMing with a few people and don’t want to be interrupted, you can use Stealth Settings to appear invisible to everyone except the people you want to talk to. If you want to go completely Stealth and hide from all your friends, you can use the “Invisible to Everyone” status message.
