O eroare intalnita pe serverele de e-mail private, atunci cand se incearca trimiterea catre adrese de e-mail de pe un anumit domeniu sau pe o adresa de e-mail specifica.
Scenariul este cat se poate de simplu.
Avem o adresa de e-mail privata (adica nu apartine Gmail, MSN, OutLook, iCloud, Yahoo!, etc) de pe care nu putem sa trimitem mesaje catre o alta adresa de e-mail privata. Mesajul returnat va fi acesta :
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
[email protected]
all hosts for ‘domain.tld’ נכשלו כבר זמן רב (וזמן שוב לא הושג)
In cele mai multe situatii aceasta שְׁגִיאָה apare atunci cand מסד נתונים “Exim Retry” זהו corupta. Deci problema este pe השרת שממנו נשלחת ההודעהו
פתרון שגיאה מורכב מ מחיקת מסד הנתונים של Exim Retry Database וכן הפעלה מחדש של שירות EXIM שרת PE.
הפעל את שורות הפקודה הבאות בשרת כדי למחוק את מסד הנתונים של Exim Relay:
cd /var/spool/exim/db
rm -f retry retry.lockfile
rm -f wait-remote_smtp wait-remote_smtp.lockfileלאחר ביצוע הפקודות הללו שימחקו את הקבצים: retry, retry.lockfile, wait-remote_smtp ו-wait-remote_smtp.lockfile, הפעל מחדש את השירות “exim”ו
service exim restartכדי לבצע פקודות אלה, עליך להיות בעל גישה למסוף השרת (או גישת SSH) והרשאות מספיקות.
