Desi initial anuntasera ca doar primii 2,5 miljoen de useri cu mana mai rapida (decat a celorlalti, evident) vor putea obtine un productsleutel voor Inschakelen versiunii beta a Windows 7 (oferita pentru downloaden pe site-ul Microsoftului), se pare ca datorita cererii imense, Microsoft s-a hotarat sa nu isi supere utilizatorii si au aruncat in aer limita de 2,5 milioane, fixand-o in schimb undeva pe 24 ianuarie a.c. (adica peste ~2 saptamani).
We have clearly heard that many of you want to check out the Windows 7 Beta and, as a result, we have decided remove the initial 2.5 million limit on the public beta for the next two weeks (thru January 24th). During that time you will have access to the beta even if the download number exceeds the 2.5 million unit limit.
In sfarsit, dupa multe speculatii, carcoteli, scuze si acuzatii, fiecare e liber sa testeze (daca vrea) noul sistem de operare al Windowsului, iar Microsoft scapa (din nou :P) cu fata curata.
