Orange is finalizing the final details for the UPC takeover. This site was made public online by DealWatch, without being confirmed so far by Orange (the local division of France Telecom) and/or UPC (local division of Liberty Global).
"An agreement has already been reached between Orange and Liberty Global regarding the sale of UPC Romania”, says a London source.
If this news will become real, for Vodafone, to be honest, times will come … with a lot of toilet paper. :)))
