I have been looking for several days for this version for Windows XP SP2, being the last released by Microsoft (in April 2006) that does not require license validation during installation. On a search “IE 7 Beta 2 download” I found enough results, only that most of the sites that can be found in the results have a download link to Microsoft where currently only the latest version can be downloaded and this requires a Windows license.
