Normally it would be as in tema de WordPress, the personalized pages (custom template page) to appear at Pages -> Add New -> Attributes (somewhere on the right side) -> Template.
Although the personalized pages were in place, with all the elements OK, the function of Template from the block Attributes refuses to appear.
SOLVING:
Appearance -> Themes -> Activate (WordPress Default Theme) -> reactivate the theme blog -> Pages -> Add New / Edit.
It's probably one bug to the version WordPress 2.8.* …
