mplay32.exe, is the process that launches the old Windows Media Player al Windows XP. Pe Windows Vista and Windows 7, mplay32.exe is no longer present.

To launch old Windows Media Player on Windows XP, go to Start -> Run … If you taste “mplay32“…

… And the old Windows Media Player will open.

Desi Microsoft they placed that video / music player, Windows Media Player 9 On Windows XP SP2, the old Windows Media Player has been kept as a hidden application on OS XP SP2.
