Firefox 3.6 came to the package with a new feature, very useful to the users who are used to do periodically each back-up of the profile created on this browser (extensions, feeds, bookmarks, themes, etc.), namely the page of suport/troubleshooting information.

With this feature, Firefox facilitated the user access to information about the browser used as well as those looking SETTINGS made by each of them separately: version, Plugins, extensions, profile (as well as the folder in which it is kept), Bookmarkuri and preferences.
The access to the folder in which this information is stored has greatly simplified their back-up process: once you reach the folder, you can select and save from a few mouse clicks information you want to keep, transfer, etc., or even you can create a the archive of the whole folder - the simplest method of storing important data.
