A few days ago I found a tracker for download Firefox 2.0 . As far as I know, it appeared on the official website only yesterday. The new version solves a series of security problems and comes with new improvements:

The problem that stresses me the worst, besides the fact that a graphic theme I used is no longer compatible with the new version, is the incompatibility of the add-on Fasterfox , which makes the loading speed of a web page decrease quite a lot.

Fasterfox allows you to tweak many network and rendering settings such as simultaneous connections, pipelining, cache, DNS cache, and initial paint delay.
Dynamic speed increases can be obtained with the unique prefetching mechanism, which recycles idle bandwidth by silently loading and caching all of the links on the page you are browsing.

I have two solutions… to wait for an update to the add-ons or to return to the old version … Ummm …
