If you have a project to do, even in construction, to build something beautiful, you must first put your heart, believe in that project and make sure in advance that the foundation is stable. In whatever you want to achieve, it is important not to give back, no matter how hard it is, but it is even more important to know how to stop when you see that everything you build is not good … It would be stupid to invest time/money blindly in something that would not last over time, especially when you see your work team waiting for the time to leave …. home. You need to step back and analyze your personal mistakes, and that's it.
