A second method, something faster, is the use of MSConfig utility:
- open Run (Press the keys Windows + R or go in Start Screen, click-right, select All Apps, then click on Run) if you taste msconfig Then give OK Sat Enter

- Click on the tab Boot, tick Safe Boot and select Minimal

- Then give restart to the system
Note that using this method, Windows will boot in Safe Mode every time until you debiform again in msconfig OPTION Safe boot.
