Most of the time, when Windows operating systems no longer works correctly or presents fall frequent (or even no longer starts at all), the simplest solution is bootarea in Safe Mode.

- If you have already booted in Safe Mode (especially if you are in the situation where The system refuses to boot), download the application SafeMSI on another computer cu Internet connection and copy it on a stick USB (If you have booted Windows in Safe Mode with networking, you can download the application directly on your computer)
- connector stick-ul USB which contains SafeMSI to the computer in Safe Mode, and double -click on utility to Start the Windows Installer service
- then You can uninstall or install programs that require running Windows Installer
