Sometimes when we work with more Word documents At the same time, it happens not to know exactly how each one are called. And if by mistake we close a particular document, we will most likely lose some time until we realize as it is called it and in what location is stored. To avoid such situations (but also to remember from one day to another who was Last Word Document accessed; or we probably want to know which was the last Word document accessed by other people on personal computer or the one at work), the solution is its Cream a shortcut on desktop to open Last document accessed in Word.

How can we create a shortcut to access the last Word document viewed?
- If you do not already have a shortcut of the application Microsoft Word pe Desktop, go to the location C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice14 (for Word 2010; Office12 for Word 2007 or Office15 for Word 2013), click-right on the application WINWORD.EXE and select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)

- Then click-right on shortcutul Word from the desktop and select Properties from the displayed menu
- in the window of Properties, taste /mfile1 at the end of the existing line already in Target (Do not change anything from that line!)

- Then click on OK To save the change
It is also recommended to Change the name of the shortcut in Last Word Doc Opened or something similar to not forget what the respective shortcut represents.
Note: You can create a shortcut that will open the penultimate Word document accessed type /mfile2 instead of /mfile1, or the antepentulty document accessed type /mfile3 (and so on).
