Last days I needed to Export contacts FROM Microsoft Office 2010 on a phone Sony-Ericsson with own operating system. It was not a small surprise I found that in the confault confault, Microsoft Outlook Office 2010 It does not allow me to export all contacts simultaneously than in format .TXT. (Select all contacts > File > Save As…). Text format that does not help me to copy my contacts from Outlook in the phone book.
If we select all contacts (Ctrl+A) from Outlook 2010 Contacts, we press Ctrl+C (Copy) and then Ctrl+V (Pate) in a folder, we notice that we have succeeded contact export in format .MSG.

Outlook Data Export (v1.3.0.13) is an application (add-in) for Microsoft Outlook 2007 (Compatible 2003, 2010) that help us to export the data (mail, contact, appointment, task, notes, journal, mobile items & RSS Feeds) out of Outlook in formats: Unicode MSG, MSG, DOC, TXT, RTF, HTML, MHTML, OFT, CSV, XML, ICS, VCS, VCF.
How we install and use Outlook Data Export (V1.3.0.13) in Microsoft Outlook 2010.
1. First of all you will have to DESCARCAM you are Install the application.
2. We open the outlook, we go to the tab Add-Ins, and from there we click on Outlook data export.
3. We select from the list that opens at “Outlook data export” What we are interested in exporting. Mail, contacts, tasks, notes or agenda.
In my case, I needed to export simultaneously All contacts on Outlook Office 2010 in format vcard.
4. If we choose to we export the contacts, after we click on “Export contacts” will open “Outlook Contact Export“, which gives us the opportunity to export all contacts in the formats: MSG, MSG Unicode, Vcard, RTF, TXT, CSV or XML.
We choose a folder in which the contacts are exported, the format in which we want to export and we click on “Start Export“.
After the export process is completed, we go to the folder in which we asked to be saved the contacts to see the final result.
I used Outlook Data Export v1.3.0.13 (version developed for Office Outlook 2007) on Microsoft Office 2010, but for this version of office there is also a version of Outlook Date Export that is in Beta version.
