MDM.exe is a component of a few Microsoft products/applications (of which I specified the suite Microsoft Office) and is responsible for solving errors that could occur during the use of these applications. Also the MDM.Exe process allows the user to solve the errors Internet Explorerto the help of a Script Debugger.

MDM.exe is not an essential process for the operation of your system, which can be disabled very simply from Options (Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Browsing)

or eliminating the process from StartUp USING msconfig.

Although it is considered to be a safe process, mdm.exe can sometimes hide programe malware which, once installed, allow third parties to access the systems by remote from various locations, thus having the passwords and personal or banking information stored in the respective systems. If you notice several instances of this process running at the same time or you have suspicions about the MDM.exe process, We recommend performing a complete scan of your system.
