If you are still a user of Windows 7 operating system, we have good news for you (this in case you plan to give up this system soon): Microsoft plans to launch a free version (or at least low-cost) a Windows 8.1 ca upgrade for Windows 7 users. This version of Windows 8.1, currently known as Windows 8.1 with Bing, will come bundled with a few Applications and key services of Microsoft (which, most likely, users will not be able to replace with others custom).

This upgrade offer made by Microsoft will aim to grow significantly the number of users you have Windows 8.1. Also the version Windows 8.1 with Bing will also be offered to producers of PC-uri to be pre-installed on devices priced below $250 (this is due to the recent 70% off of the price for Windows 8.1 licenses for OEM-URI, from $50 to $15).

Although these plans have not yet been officially confirmed, it seems that they are part of the company's initiative to increase monetization of cloud services SI and Microsoft applications (for example, in 2010, PC manufacturers could receive licenses for Office 2010 Starter Edition for only $2 if they accepted the inclusion of the applications in the package Bing Bar and Windows Live Essentials; if they only wanted Office 2010 Starter Edition, without it Microsoft applications additional licenses cost $5). In addition, rumors say that Microsoft is thinking of merging Windows RT and Windows Phone in a single version created for chipseturile ARM, this version to be offered to users all at once pret low-cost or even free.
Most likely, Microsoft will provide more details about the version "Windows 8.1 with Bing” or about merging Windows RT with Windows Phone during the conference Build Developer, which will be held between April 2 and 4, 2014.
