Windows 11 e-mail client is not really a novelty. uSERS Office Insider which have Microsoft 365 subscriptions can test the new features of Outlook since spring 2023.

Microsoft also works on manual writing support (inking) in the new Outlook application for Windows 11. This feature allows you to add written hands, sketches, annotations and signatures to emails with your fingers, a digital pen or a mouse.
Users with devices with touch support, such as Surface, will benefit most from this manual writing capacity, using the best pens for these devices. At the same time, those who have PCs without touch support will be able to use this feature with a mouse or touchpad.
