A year ago, I was writing about the Beta Social Networking project of Yahoo!, Mash. Inside, it was a very well -guarded project, accessible only on the basis of invitation. So well guarded that he died from the beta phase, after 1 year of activity in silence.
What did Mash represent for Yahoo!? It was an attempt to create a social network (like Hi5, Orkut), capable of competing with Facebook, after Yahoo failed to merge with Facebook, at the middle of last year.

I feel that the next project that will fall the same as mash, will be Yahoo! Messenger for Windows Vista. The project has not yet left Beta and is far from being completed (at least as far from Yahoo!). Until it is ready ym for Vista, Microsoft will launch Windows 7 (Blackcomb ~ Vienna).
