Most of us have had the opportunity to technradact a presentation, diploma, project or other documents that had to comply with certain requirements: chapter name, subchapter, page numbering, etc.

After in the previous article we addressed the preparation of the page for editing, we continue this operation with editing the upper part (header) for this we enter View – Header and Footer And we edit in the upper field (header) the number and name of the chapter works we edit.

In the lower part (Footer), we can insert the numbering of the pages of the document by selecting from the window Header and Footer, OPTION Page Number Format, Where we can select the type of numbering, the numbering of the chapter, from what number to start the numbering, you can set the date on which the document is published.
Also, a border can be introduced if necessary for a better delimitation of the space of the edited document. It can be obtained by accessing the section Format OPTION Border and Shading

Where you can choose different types of lines, borders and shadows under different angles, depending on the specific work and personal preferences of the user.

After completing these steps we will save this document either as an editable document with the option Save as that we find in the section File, May as a template you can use later as a document format by selecting the steps File – New – Templates on My Computer from the right side.
