Facebook will improve your privacy settings for new users
When one new user he creates cont pe Facebook, Default settings of visibility for his posts are publicly, they can be viewed by anyone who has an account on it social network (or even by people who do not have an account on Facebook). Or at least this was the case until now, because Facebook announced a series of IMPROVEMENT for user privacy security, including one privacy verification tool immediately after creating a new account from Facebook.
This tool, called Privacy Checkup, will display a notification to new users when they want to post the first status pe Facebook account creat:

So that new users can better understand how they can protect privacy on Facebook, they have the links available Learn more and more options displayed at the bottom of the tool. Also, Privacy Checkup offers to explain to new users how it works privacy settings on Facebook and to help them Configurator according to preferences directly from the tool, without the need for them to access Settings menu separated.
Along with this feature, default visibility settings were changed so that updates for new users to no longer be publicly, ci visible only to friends (obviously, users can choose to do those public updates if that's what they want). Most likely, the reason why Facebook will enter these security and privacy improvements of users is to convince new users to enter more personal details when creating the account (if you don't know who exactly has access to personal information, you tend to refrain from posting them; but, if you know from the beginning that personal information will be visible only to people in the friends list, you will most likely choose to post them on the site).
