Here are the steps to be followed:

1. We open the register editor. Start -> Run -> “regedit” -> Enter sheep ok.

2. In the register editor (Registry Editor), we go to the left side, until:

3. We click on Winlogon, and in the list on the right side we click-right on LegalNoticeCaption and click on Modify.

The “Value data” We enter the text that will appear on the blue bar of the legal box (you will see at the end of the tutorial, exactly where it will appear). Click ok.

3. In the same list on the right, we are looking for LegalnoticeText. Click-right & Modify.

The “Value data”, we write the text in the content “Legal Notice”, then press the key ok.

The result of these changes we will see at each starting / remain of the PC.
