Lately, most applications are offered to users both in the form of installer as well as in shape portable (care does not require installation). But even if enough users Windows prefer to use portable applications, there are still many available only as installs (ie is installed in the system, creates registry and changes in files it).
For those users who prefer applications in portable form we have good news: there is P-Apps, and Free software which allows creating portable applications from almost any application available as an installer.
How do P-Apps work?
P-Apps compara snapshot-uri of the system, made before and after installing the applications,
then isolate the changes made in the system by them (new files, which did not exist before the installation of the applications, new entries in the registers, etc.)
and add them into one batch which can be used on any Windows system and, in addition, they can be used directly from USB-stick or whatever drive extern.
P-Apps does not depend on any agent for launching and running portable applications created, i.e. these it runs separately from the operating system, due to the fact that they have system files and own registries for reading and writing (which means neither does not create changes in registries and system files on which it runs). Thus you can run two different versions of the same application at the same time, on the same computer.
Note: Although P-Apps is technically capable of creating portable applications from any installable application, it may not work for certain types of programs, such as those that make kernel modifications.
