Being numbered build 10031, the latest version Windows 10 “unofficially strained” on the Internet did not bring to light Project Spartan, the web browser designed from the ground up to replace Internet Explorer. Instead, we have some less important changes, but which are worth mentioning. Abandoned in favor Windows 8 and substituted with one Start screen displayed on the entire surface of the display, Start Menu returns in Windows 10, adapted to the interface Modern UI and more attractive than ever. Entering the chapter of subtle changes, the Start Menu is now rendered with a transparency effect, subtly applied only for the background, not the application icons.

Similarly, the tiles displayed on the screen of system devices Windows Phone now has a transparency effect. Regarding the platform PC, it should be mentioned that for now the transparency effects are limited to Start Menu, not in the application windows or the taskbar. The interface Windows 10 it still seems far from the final form, sections of great importance such as the new application Settings (substitute for Control Panel).

A possible explanation for this could be that other changes are reserved for future builds, Microsoft needing more time to solve certain problems. In the meantime, here's what the unofficial version looks like Project Spartan, exposed in an unofficial video presentation.
