In Windows 8, system utilities (Administrative Tools) can be accessed either from Control Panel (All Control Panel items), either through the function Search FROM Start Screen. If you get used to using these administrative utilities (Disk Cleanup, Event Viewer, Task Scheduler, System Configuration, Disk Defragmenter, Windows PowerShell, Computer Management etc.) quite often, you probably want you to access them faster, without having to search them in the system every time. Display system administrative utilities in Windows 8 Start Screen
- open Start Screen (Press the key Windows), then open Charms Bar (take the mouse cursor to the right-handy or right-right corner) and click on Settings

- In the displayed menu, click on Tiles

- Sub Show administrative tools, select Yes (click pe slider)

Administrative utilities will be displayed both on Start Screen, as well as on App screen (It can be displayed by clicking on any free portion of the Start Screen, then selecting the button All Apps displayed in the right-hand-right corner of the screen).
