If later you want to Delete the Safe Mode option from the boot menu al Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, open System Configuration (taste msconfig in Run) then in the tab Boot Select the option Safe Mode and click on the button Delete.

Note: If you opt to boot in Safe Mode using the method described above (Safe Mode option displayed in the boot menu), you will boot directly in Safe Mode without displaying other additional options (genre mode with networking, debugging mode etc).
