One of the most important features but Windows 8 it is Windows Store-ul, from where users can install applications cu UI (user interface) modern, optimized for both tablets or touchscreen-uri, as well as for desktops.
Users who use the Windows Store to install various applications, or who were at least curious to see what it looks like, most likely noticed that not all applications in the store are visible, and sometimes, when we were looking for a certain application that we know for sure is available in the Windows Store, we may not find it (at best, they will be displayed applications with similar names, but not the respective application). This happens because some applications in the store are specific only to certain countries/regions, or are only available in certain languages, and by default, these applications will be visible only to certain users (from the respective regions). Implicit, The Windows Store selects which applications to display to users depending on their country or a regional settings, this feature bearing the name of Localization.

How can we display in the Windows Store specific applications only for certain regions/languages?
If you want to test or use applications that are only available for certain regions or only in certain languages (different from yours, obviously), you can do so disabling the Location feature.
How do we disable the Localization feature in Windows 8?
- Open the menu Charms in Windows Store (use the combination of keys Windows + C) and select Settings.

- Click on Preferences, then select No for the option Make it easier to find apps in my preferred language.

- then return to the Windows Store, and you will notice that it will display all applications, without language or region restrictions.
Note: Tutorial only compatible with Windows 8 RTM.
