In this order of ideas, we certainly do not want them to Change the settings for certain utility or feature-uri, such as, for example, Taskbar-u. Suppose we prefer to display Taskbar-u on the left side or right side of Desktop, or at the top of it, or (as set in a way default), at the bottom. Suppose we prefer as icons from Taskbar be smaller or larger size, suppose that we prefer to display or hide the labels of the buttons from Taskbar, that we prefer to display the combined windows in Groups, or displayed throughout the taskbar. And above all, suppose we don't want other people to fix (pin) Applications We in Taskbar, or to remove from the applications already fixed on it (and the examples could continue with the area of notifications, menu or screen of Start, toolbar-uri etc.). How can we restrict access to other people at Taskbar's settings/properties?

1. Taskbar's taskbar locking using system registers

- Then get out of regedit and Restore the system for the changes made to have effect
2. Locking Taskbar Settings Using Group Policy Editor
