Information pop-ups FROM Windows Explorer are those pop-ups that appear every time we hold the mouse cursor over one folder or file from a folder. - Then give one restart the system or explorer so that the modification made to have effect

- Open one Windows Explorer and click on Organize (or File) > Folder and search options
- in tab-ul View, sub Advanced Settings, identify and uncheck OPTION Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items and click on OK
And ready. Using one of the above methods, you will Disable Information Pop-Up-Undows Explorer. But note that these methods will not disable all the pop-ups in the system.
