How can we disable Bing from Windows 8.1 Preview
One of the new feature-uri but Windows 8.1 Preview is the inclusion of Online results FROM Bing search engine when we are looking for something in system. Although this can be advantageous sometimes (such as when looking for a file namely, downloaded from internet, which we no longer retain whether we have it or not Local stored or when we want to perform a Online search directly from Start Screen), in most cases more users confuse users, displaying dozens of results they do not need.

If you are counting among those users who do not want to send Personal searches, performed on personal computer, towards Bing, then you should Disable Bing of the internal search engine of Windows 8.1 Preview.
How do we disable Bing from the Windows 8.1 search engine?
- in Start Screen, open the menu Charms and select Settings, then click on Change PC settings

- In the right panel, select Search & apps

- in the right panel, below Use Bing to search online, disable the option Get search suggestions and web results from Bing

And ready. From now on the searches made on Windows 8.1 Preview will only contain results from personal computer (without being sent to Bing).
