Compared to the versions of Windows previous, Task Manager FROM Windows 8 comes in a more improved form with something more feature-uri and more advanced options (detailed information about processes running, the possibility of Disable and reactivate the items in the startup and the option of a Directly restart process for Windows Explorer).

However, some users might be disturbed by the fact that processes are grouped by categories (Groups) in function of the the guy to them (Processes of applications that runs, procese de background and system processes), which makes them a little more hard to identify when needed. It is also no longer displayed the actual name of the process, but its name, one more thing that makes their identification (for example, Service Host instead of svhost.exe). The good news is that these little shortcomings can be remedied, so still Task Manager in Windows 8 be a little more friendly with users.
How do we deactivate processes in groups in Windows 8 Task Manager?
- open Task Manager (Click-right on Taskbar or use the combination of keys Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
- Click on View At the top of the Task Manager and dismisses the option Group by type

- And ready, the processes will be displayed in common, without being divided into groups

How can we display the actual names of the processes instead of their name in Windows 8 Task Manager?
- open Task Manager
- in tab-ul Processes Click-right on the portion containing Name, Status, CPU, Memory And so on And select the option Process name

- The actual names of the processes will be displayed by their name (label) (instead of the column of Status)

Note: You can always return to the changes made in Task Manager.
